Titanwork ("we", "us") builds AI systems and provides publishing and engagement services for business owners. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. It covers the titanwork.ai website and the services we operate on behalf of clients.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us. When you submit the form on titanwork.ai we receive your name, email address, company name, the package you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
- Platform access tokens. When a client connects a social account so we can operate it on their behalf, the platform issues access tokens (for example, Facebook Page tokens). We store these securely and use them only to provide the services that client requested.
- Post content. Drafts, captions, images, and videos we create or publish for a client, and the published posts themselves.
- Comments and messages. Comments on a client's posts and direct messages to a client's connected accounts, when the client has asked us to monitor or respond to them.
- Analytics. Performance data the platforms report about a client's accounts and posts, such as reach, impressions, and engagement.
The platforms we work with
Depending on the services a client requests, we access data through the official tools and APIs of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Our use of data received from each platform follows that platform's own policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only access the accounts a client has connected and authorized.
Why we collect it
One reason: to deliver the publishing and engagement services the business owner requested. That means drafting and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages the client asked us to handle, and reporting on how their content performs. We do not use this data for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, or use one client's data to benefit another — data is never shared across clients.
How long we keep it
- Website form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is active, and up to 24 months so we can follow up.
- Client platform data (tokens, post content, comments, messages, analytics) is kept for the duration of the engagement plus up to 90 days, so a returning client doesn't lose their history. After that it's deleted.
- Any data is deleted earlier on request — see data deletion.
Who touches your data
The website form is delivered by FormSubmit to our email, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). The site itself is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. We don't run advertising trackers on titanwork.ai.
Security
Access tokens and client data are stored with access limited to the people delivering that client's engagement. We use business-grade accounts with appropriate security controls, and platform connections can be revoked by the client at any time from the platform's own settings.
Your choices
Want your data gone? Email support@titanwork.ai from the email address tied to your account or submission and we'll delete it within 30 days. Full instructions are on the data deletion page.
You can also ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
