Data deletion

To have your data deleted, email support@titanwork.ai from the email address associated with your account, and deletion will be completed within 30 days.

Disconnecting the Titanwork app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) revokes our access immediately.

What gets deleted

On request we delete your contact details, any stored access tokens, post content, comments, messages, and analytics we hold about your accounts. The same applies to data connected through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. We'll confirm by email when deletion is complete.

What we can't delete

Content already published to your own social accounts belongs to you and lives on the platform — you control it there. Records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices, are retained only as long as the law requires.
